Marimba 28/1
So I learned two new djembe ryhms, we continued on "rughare" witch I learned some off the soprano on.. It went really well and I look forward on playing next wednesday :)

Athletics 27/1
Today for me was mostly a fitness training for me, because the cockshy trainer was not there today. I used my self as a weight got quite a lot done too :) But I don't have much more to say about this :)
Singing 27/1
Today we practised Seasons of love because we are going to sing it on next weeks mass (witch is on wednesday). We also continued with an "old" song we sang a long time ago, Caravan of love, and the singing teacher thaught that we might get it ready to sing in a prefomance soon :) We did not do much more we got times for rehearsal i May for our big show but nothing else.

American Football 25/1-09
Today again, we started to warm up outside and continued inside with some throwing linebacker exercises, trowing in different patterns and linebacker common things you do as a linebacker. Thay also told us that we will just have one more "mixed" training, then we will splitt up and train what we think is the most fun :)

Marimba 21/1
We continued on the song we started on last time and it started to sound really good, we jamed away for a bit as well. We finished off by playing some djembe drums :).. We also decide to have the lesson for 90 minuets insteed of 60.. yeeh.. more fun for us :)
Athletics 20/1
My training to day went fine.. We went runing for an hour, then began with our indoor training. Whitch today contained of some discus exercises and some shotput exercises :).. This all went very well and we will probably continue to mix this stuff.. :) Not much more to say :P
Singing 20/1
We did some "warm up" excercises and started sining on two new songs, Hosanna and Everything's alright. We got our rehearsal schedule and a date for a consert, that was set to be the 5/5.. the day after my birthday :D. I also got my stuff to my song so I've started to rehears my song that I'm going to play that day :).. wiie.

American Football 18/1-09
Okey, so my first American Football practise was today and it was really fun and something I want to continue with. We started by warming up outside with running and some stretches and stuff. Then we continued inside with the "real" american football things like: learning how to throw the ball (and that was kind of easy reminded me of throwing a spear at the athletics), then learning how to catch the ball, continued with some lineback practise (lineback is the big boys in the middle trying to keep the other team from scoring)
The rules are difficult at the beginning and we only know a few, but we will learn as we go on.
I hope to learn more about me, and how I can develop in this sport, also might get to know some new people and have fun.

Marimba 14/1
Started my Marimba lessons today.. real fun just jaming and stuff.. Meeting everyone in the group was fun as well. Nothing more to say actually.
Singing 13/1
Yesterday my choir group started and we sang a bit and ended with discussing this term and what we want to sing. So we're going to sing shackles, 3-4 songs from Jesus Christ Superstar and I'm going to try to learn to play the piano and sing to that song on a wednesday service. We did not do so much more.

Athletics 8/1-09
The 8th of January was the first training of the athletics of this year. We started (as always on thursdays) with fitness training and some athletics exercises. We trained our stomach muscles and thighs, and continued on with uppper body. This is good for my muscle developement to be able to throw away a discus.

Ski trip 2/1-09
The second of January, me and two friends went to Vallåsen to ski. We did that for about 5 hours with one small break to have something to eat. This is not something that I do a lot, so therefore I took a opportunity to learn some small tips about skiing, so for about 1 and a half hour we had a teacher. This was really good a learned much during this and now it's much easier. Since I'm going to Austria week 8 this experience was good for me in my development in skiing. I have developed new skills, undertaken a kind of new challenge (haven't skied so much before) and I have increased my awareness of my own strengths and areas for growth.
